Yes, you can lose weight! The human body is a complex piece of equipment, and weight balance is a real mystery. Solve the mystery and weight comes back under our control. Luckily, this mystery is best unlocked by you. Discover why your weight is more than you would like, and you will become
the master of your body without “on and off” dieting.

We all know something about weight loss. But if we knew enough, we would have reached our goals by now. To get everybody up to speed, here is a brief look at why you have gained weight:

1. You gained weight because you ate more calories than you used through activity each day. Guess what? It’s not your fault!

2. Life has become less active. We no longer spend our days hunting and farming. (Not your fault.)

3. Our brains don’t count calories automatically anymore. (Not your fault.)

4. Socializing has become a food and drink fest. (Not your fault.)

5. Our family and friends encourage us to eat. (Not your fault.)

6. Foods available to us have changed. (Not your fault.)

7. External factors have taken control of your weight, but guess what? You can do something about it!

The good news is, with so many contributing factors to weight gain, we have an equal number of avenues for weight loss. All we need do is discover what methods of weight loss work for you.

As individuals we each have different calorie requirements, exercise levels, body metabolisms and food preferences. Why should we think that everyone can lose weight on the same diet plan?

Diet by design is building a diet specifically for you, developing the perfect plan for your individual needs. By choosing the components of your diet program for yourself, you will be more able to follow the plan. You will find many helpful tips for designing your diet at www.myfoodbuddy.com
